Having worked eight years at Harrow Hong Kong, including many years therein as House Master, Mike has extensive experience in British international private schooling at the highest level. Mike is also the founder of Avernus Education, which works with elite Universities and Schools and their prospective entrants. Alongside this, Mike possesses qualifications from Oxford, Exeter and Buckingham.

Mat brings with him six years of enviable experience of working at Eton College, one of the most prestigious educational institutions. At Eton, Mat also held the noteworthy positions of Polo Manager, Head of Portuguese and Deputy Housemaster. Together with this, Mat held the post of Head of French at Dulwich College, and holds a degree in modern languages from Oxford University.

Charlie Jenkinson
Charlie has held multiple academic and pastoral leadership roles in three leading UK boarding schools, including Head of Professional Development at Eton College. He has executive-level experience in global education companies, and extensive experience working closely with the top schools and universities on all six continents. Charlie has deep expertise in holistic education, character education and global education, and specialises in driving whole school transformation through his understanding of the relationships between the academic, pastoral and co-curricular components of schools. He inspires change using innovative solutions which reflect his passion for developing individual students’ sense of local identity with global purpose.
With two decades of M&A experience, Angelos has led end-to-end transactions across investment banking, private equity, corporate, and PE-backed platforms. From originating and structuring deals to executing strategic exits, he has operated globally with a consistent focus on technology-driven assets. Most recently, Angelos led the M&A function at Ocean Technologies Group, a portfolio company of Oakley Capital, culminating in a successful exit to Lloyd’s Register in 2024. Prior to that, he drove strategic acquisitions at ERM (OMERS and KKR) and Lloyd’s Register, with an emphasis on ESG, digital, and data-enabled platforms.
